The breakfast included a generous variety. the location was close to attractions. the staff offered excellent support throughout my stay. They provided useful directions, i appreciated their help. the rooftop view provided a panoramic vista of the city.
the elevator experienced some malfunctions , requiring occasional stair climbing.

the breakfast area offered a selection of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were readily available throughout breakfast. seating included both indoor and outdoor options, each accommodating approximately twenty guests.

the hotel features a rooftop terrace accessible to guests. the terrace offers views of the surrounding cityscape. there is a small elevator servicing all floors! though it is sometimes unreliable.

unbeatable location near colosseum
really good location attentive staff fine view quick service
The location was really good, right across from the colosseum. the wifi worked well throughout the building. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They quickly provided an iron. the rooftop view was fine (especially at sunset).
access to the lobby and rooms required climbing four flights of stairs, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues.

the reception staff readily assisted with printing a needed document and provided directions. the staff was very cute and friendly. they were great too.

breakfast took place at a bistro opposite the building. it included a muffin and coffee with views of the colosseum. the cafe was easily accessible for a quick morning meal.

the room included sufficient storage space and a well-designed bathroom. my family of four found our room generously sized and impeccably clean. the bed was comfortable and the shower provided good water pressure.

the building is a few minutes from the 'colosseo' metro station. many main sites are easily walkable from the hotel. restaurants and shops are also very close by.

The location was very convenient. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The staff was helpful with information about things to do. They helped with plans to get to the airport. The staff was amazing.
The elevator was concerning. It did break down and we had to climb four flights of stairs. She told me house cleaning went in, but there was no need to clean.
